Magnetic Benches

The magnetic particle test (also fluxes called) is a procedure to the proof of cracks in or near the surface of ferromagnetic materials. For the check the work piece must be magnetized.

  • 2 magnetization circuits,
  • AC head shot 2000 A,
  • AC yoke magnetization 15 kAW,
  • demagnetization of both circuits,
  • constant current control,
  • clamping length 700 mm,
  • power supply 3×400 V
